•     Clearance, promotional, discounted, or sale items, unless required by applicable law

•     Products returned beyond the seven (7) calendar day return period

•     Products purchased through special orders or supplier-specific arrangements that cannot be returned to the supplier

FJMS ONLINE STORE reserves the right to assess the condition of returned products and determine eligibility for return, exchange, or refund in accordance with this Policy.

Many products offered by FJMS ONLINE STORE are sourced from third-party suppliers and distributors. Product packaging, labeling, appearance, specifications, and availability may vary from time to time based on supplier updates.

While we strive to ensure product accuracy, FJMS ONLINE STORE reserves the right to substitute packaging variations or cancel orders when products become unavailable from suppliers. Customers will be notified of any significant changes affecting their orders.

 

3. Conditions for Approved Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

•     Be in its original condition

•     Be unused and unopened, where applicable

•     Include original packaging, labels, and accessories

•     Be accompanied by proof of purchase, order confirmation, or receipt

FJMS ONLINE STORE reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange request.

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange request, customers must contact FJMS ONLINE STORE and provide:

•     Order number

•     Customer name

•     Description of the issue

•     Clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay the processing of the request.

5. Refunds

If a refund request is approved, FJMS ONLINE STORE may issue:

•     A full refund for the affected item;

•     A partial refund when appropriate; or

•     Store credit, subject to customer agreement.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any applicable third-party payment providers.

Shipping, handling, website processing fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by FJMS ONLINE STORE or a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
